ITG Customer Service Feedback feedback Please let us know how we're doing! Customer feedback is taken very seriously and these forms are reviewed by the Dean.
New Email Account accounts Request an account. It must be filled and submitted by an authorized agent. Authorized agents are
  • Jeanne Chambers for faculty and visiting scholars
  • Suzanne Raphael for TEP students and staff
  • Kristina Donovan-Brown for other students
  • Arlis Markel for other staff
Separation / Email Account Removal accounts Checklist for terminating employment at the GGSE.File this form to have all of your directory, email, and account information removed from our systems. This benefits users because it ensures that they don't receive email that they don't want and that their privacy is protected.

Student accounts are maintained automatically, and don't require a separation form be filed.

New Email Alias/Group accounts Request a new GGSE-hosted mailing list. Consider a local mailing list as an alternative if this is a mailing list that only a few people or yourself will need to use.
Edit an Email Alias/Group accounts Request changes to existing mailing lists.
Online Calendar Account accounts Request a UCSB-hosted Oracle Calendar account. This account is hosted and maintained by UCSB's Information Systems and Computing department (IS&C). For help with this account, contact the Help Desk, or contact IS&C.
Purchase purchasing Request a purchase through ITG.
VCC reservations Reserve use of ITG's Video Conference Center.
Special technology requests. purchasing Submit your request for any unique or new technology. Special technology requests are reviewed by the Dean.
